Contact & FAQ’s

I currently do not accept in-network insurance. However, I am an out-of-network provider.

What does this mean? It means that some people have health coverage that will reimburse you for providers who are out-of-network. Depending on your plan, reimbursements rate may vary but many clients will be reimbursed 60-80% of session costs. Please call your insurance company to be sure what will be covered for you.

I will provide you with a monthly bill to send in to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am happy to answer any other questions you may have and to help you along in this process. For more detailed information on fees, please contact me below.

What will it feel like to be in therapy? The answer to this question varies from person to person. Sometimes therapy can get harder before it gets easier as it may be the first time a person is talking about sensitive issues. Therapy is a process and it changes over time. Your relationship with your therapist is similar to other relationships in your life in that it takes time to develop, it can be experienced as very close or intimate, and can be quite influential. Some people look forward to going to therapy to “get things off of their chest,” while others have to push themselves to attend.
